Does it take much time to get started with our platform?
Not at all. After purchasing a subscription, you will be activated automatically and will be able to log in to the desktop application that you can install within seconds. The application provides automatic defaults for every configuration, so your session will be safe.
If you are getting started with automation features, you will be able to find examples that are using our NuGet and NodeJS packages.
Can I use Kameleo on more devices?
Yes, you can use your account to log into Kameleo on as many devices as you want. There is only one restriction: You can use one license with one instance of Kameleo at a time. You won’t be able to run Kameleo on two different devices with the same license at the same time. If you need team accounts, you have to purchase more licenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
How can I pay with Bank Transfer?
We allow Wire Transfer as a payment option for orders above 1000 EUR. A Wire Transfer option will appear during checkout if your order is above 1000 EUR. Once the order is created, you will receive our banking details in your mailbox where you can send the exact order amount of EUR. Please include the order number in your transfer note. Your account will be activated manually within 2 business days after the funds have been cleared.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade any time on your Account Dashboard. You can also downgrade your plan and you will have to pay less from the next billing period.
Do you have team plans?
Yes, on the product pages you can select the quantity of the plan. The purchased quantity will set the number of allowed concurrent logins. If your team consists of at least 3 people you can contact the support for discounts.
Can I switch form semi-annual billing from monthly billing?
Absolutely, after your monthly plan expires you can purchase the semi-annually plan.
Where can I find the invoice of my purchase?
Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment and available for download in your Account Dashboard.
Why is VAT added to my order?
We are obligated by law to collect VAT for individual customers located in the European Union. If you provide your business EU VAT number or have a billing address outside European Union territory, our system will automatically deduct the VAT amount during the checkout.
Will I need to renew my subscription manually?
If you pay with a credit card we will be able to renew your subscription automatically by charging you the next billing period’s price. If you would like to prevent it, you can cancel your subscription anytime on the My Account page.
Other payment methods don’t support automatic renewal. We will send you an email, so you will be able to renew manually.
How to cancel my subsciption?
You can cancel your subscription anytime: Visit the My Account page, select your active subscription and click cancel. You will still be able to use our services until the end of your current billing cycle, but it won’t be renewed automatically.
