Restyle the Create free account and Sign In buttons in the sidebar for accountless users for a more consistent look.

Fix clipboard cookie import in the GUI when editing profiles.
Fix the startup loader hanging indefinitely when the engine reports a fatal authentication error; the error and a Sign In button are now shown immediately.
Fix the concurrent browsers counter and profile statuses not updating live after switching accounts.
Fix team folders and permissions not refreshing after a team membership change without restarting the app.
Fix available kernels not being refreshed after user login, which could cause the kernel list to stay outdated until the app was restarted.
Fix a crash when creating a profile into a non-existent folder, which returned an unhandled server error instead of a proper not-found response.
